No God; No U.S. Constitution … Sorry About That

– By Jack Curtis –

For straightforward jurisprudential reasons, a post-Christian America shouldn’t expect ongoing protection from the Founders’ United States Constitution; a Creator is required to sustain it. 704 more words

  1. Jack Curtis: “For straightforward jurisprudential reasons, a post-Christian America shouldn’t expect ongoing protection from the Founders’ United States Constitution; a Creator is required to sustain it.”

This defines the problem, not the solution. The sovereignty of THE CREATOR (Yahweh, God of the Bible) was usurped by the late 18th-century founders for Jefferson’s and other key founders’ generic Masonic and Enlightenment god.

For more regarding the late 1700 founders’ religious persuasions, see Dr. Albert Mohler’s interview with Dr. Gregg Frazer at Dr. Frazer proves from the key founders’ own writings that they were neither Deists in the purest sense of the word, nor were they Christians in the Biblical sense of the word. Instead, they were Theistic Rationalists.

Dr. Mohler is President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Frazer is Professor of History of the Master’s College in California.

  2. President John Adams wrote that: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

This is an accurate quotation. However, it’s often employed by Christians as if Adams was referring to Christianity and Yahweh’s morality as codified in His commandments, statutes, and judgments. This is untrue. Adams emphasized that the same “moral liberty resides in Hindoos and Mohametans, as well as in Christians” (John Adams, Letter no. 13 to John Taylor (1814), in “Works of John Adams,” 6:474.)

He once asked, “Where is to be found theology more orthodox or phylosophy [sic] more profound than in the introduction to the [Hindu] Shast[r]a?” (John Adams, December 25, 1813, letter to Jefferson, in “Adams-Jefferson Letters,” 2:412.)

According to Adams, “religion and virtue are the only foundations, not only of republicanism and all free government, but of social felicity under all governments and in all the combinations of human society.” (August 28, 1811, letter to Benjamin Rush, in “Works of John Adams,” 9:636.)

Any nation’s constitution and government benefits from moral Christian citizens, even those nations whose constitution are not based upon Yahweh’s morality as found in His perfect law and altogether righteous judgments (Psalm 19:7-9) – such as the United States of America. However, when such constitutions are not based upon Yahweh’s law, it is inevitable that such nations will become more and more immoral and corrupt, being they do not have a Biblical standard to fall back upon. Case in point, the United States of America today.

  3. Chris says:

Jack Curtis: “Sovereignty, …. flows from the Supreme Lawgiver to the people, thence to the states and was further delegated with limits from them to the federal government. In support of that, the 10th Constitutional Amendment confirms that all powers not specifically delegated remain with the states or the people. God is boss; He empowered his folk and they granted only specific power to their government.”

If that were true, then why did The Almighty COMMAND that He and He ALONE is to be the only Sovereign: “My Law is perfect.  You shalt not add nor subtract therefrom.” ???????????

How do you figure that usurping the power of law making from The Almighty equates to “God is boss” ????

“If God Be God, serve Him. If Baal be god, serve him.”

Where in The Scriptures does it even so much as imply that: “Sovereignty, …. flows from the Supreme Lawgiver to the people …. ” ?????

What you’re really promoting here (albeit unknowingly — giving you the benefit of the doubt), is in reality: a form of idolatry.

    Idolatry of Man Making Law:

Men making the laws is not only idolatry, but indeed the very foundation of the result of the deplorable condition we now find our nation in.

The Constitution is not the answer, it’s the root of the problem.

We must turn back to The Almighty and His Commandments, Statutes and Judgments, not “hope” in “We The People’s” constitution or this, that or the other Amendment; nor hope in this day’s illegitimate court system.

What is very difficult for most to realize is that the corrupt system we now find ourselves living under today was inevitable OVER TIME.

Knowingly or unknowingly, the door was established and opened by the Founding Fathers, which many claim were “Christian”.

The process was allowed to begin when it was decided that “We The People” should be god (sovereign) and determine what is to be the supreme law of the land, i.e., MAKE LAW.

The legislative process provided by the various federal and state constitutions was the vehicle used by the enemy to corrupt us over time (via gradual increments) and finally take over.

This nation wanted to determine what was “good and evil” (remember the garden?), instead of enforcing His Perfect Moral Laws.

Malim in se (evil in and of itself as defined by The Great I Am, the ONLY lawgiver) vs. malim prohibitum (evil because someone determines, or legislates, it to be evil).

The result: We not only find evil, rotten, Marxist, Edomite Tares (as well as the “Twice The Sons of Hell they proselytized) corrupting the nation , we also find “The Communist Manifesto” and The Ten Planks contained therein, written by the Edomite, son of a Rabbi, Karl Marx, is the system our enemy was allowed to slowly ensnare us with, here in the good ol’ U.S.S.A.

All 10 Planks of The Communist Manifesto in Full Force In AmeriKa:

And now it’s morphed into Corporate Fascism.

That’s one of many terrible results of replacing The Ten Commandments with Those Ten Planks.

We are not qualified to determine good and evil, ONLY He is.  We are, however, qualified to enforce what He ALREADY determined to be “good and evil”.

“My Law is perfect.  You shalt not add nor subtract therefrom.”

The only way to save this nation is to turn back to Him, His Perfect Moral Laws, Statutes and Judgments, i.e., His Kingdom/Will On Earth.

He told us that if His people ” … shall humble themselves (e.g., quit thinking we’re the sovereign, take our proper place and quit usurping His), and pray, and seek my face (e.g., He’s to be the ONLY law giver), and turn from their wicked ways (e.g., seek His Kingdom/Will and promote the enforcement of His Laws, Statutes and Judgments); THEN will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, And I will give you rest. Take My yoke (i.e., His Law 1 John 5: 2 & 3, as well as His tithe [tax] system) upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and ‘YOU SHALL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.’ (Jer. 6: 16). My yoke is easy, and My load is light.” Matthew 11: 28 – 30.

There’s less than 1,000 of His Laws in Scripture!  How many laws and unjust laws are we as a nation burdened with ?!

“For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not burdensome.” (1 John 5:3)

Seek Him while He may yet be found.
